I have completed a post-graduate dipIoma in "Soft Tissue and Joint Injection Therapy" at the University of Essex.
I have worked in a variety of backgrounds, from hospitals and private practices and I regularly look after recreational and professional athletes and people with acute or chronic pain or recovering from surgery.
I have the aptitude to provide thorough and progressive rehabilitation utilising a range of specialist evidence based assessment and treatment skills and provide an array of comprehensive services and procedures within my field.
WHAT I DO
Health Comes First
Through a holistic approach to medicine, I try viewing each patient as a whole rather than a single symptom to be treated. This is just one of many procedures I perform when coming up with any diagnosis. Your health deserves proper care and attention and I’m able to provide. Please contact me today to schedule an appointment.
For years, patients have depended on me to provide this valuable service. I offer this and other specialized options to anyone in need of a Physiotherapist they can trust. I’m Physio For Motion, and I’m dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and medical integrity with every single patient.
PRE AND POST-OP THERAPY
Through this and other services, I’ve cared for numerous patients throughout my career as a Physiotherapist. To me, nothing matters more than your health and comfort, which is why I’ve put in so much time and effort into advancing my medical practice and techniques. Please get in touch to schedule an initial consultation.
Health Comes First
When you consult a physiotherapist, you get a detailed examination and assessment which is individually tailored to your needs. I will listen carefully to the type of problem you describe and analyse what structures could be affected and how they should be examined.
During the Virtual Consultation I will teach you how to assess and test your range of movement, understand your limitations and symptoms, develop a full diagnosis, educate you on how to use certain techniques and exercises to treat you.
The conclusions from this session form a plan of treatment and can be used to predict how much treatment you might need and how much improvement you can expect to achieve.
For minor issues like neck pain, back pain, joint and muscle pain you will need an average of 4 sessions. Sometimes you need less sessions according to the nature of the problem.
This is a great way to continue your rehabilitation while you cannot make it to the clinic.
At the end of the first session we will start already your treatment.
Scientific evidence showed that many musculoskeletal conditions can be successfully treated without any hands on intervention.

Also know as diathermy or radiofrequency is an innovative therapy which generates electromagnetic waves. At the heart of the method is a revolutionary principle which acts naturally and non-invasively deep inside biological tissues, activating restorative and anti-inflammatory processes from within.
